I've pushed the work I have so far on mrc mcr stuff. It now needs testing on each target... Anyone interested in general mrc mcr commands out there for more advanced reset scripts...? (I expect this step might take quite some time...)
Once a target has been verified that the new general mrc mcr commands work, the special cp15 variants can be retired.
