The other issues with include and define are/can be easily resolved by
port makefile so it is not source code related - I have worked it out
in previous releases and they can be seen in the
/usr/ports/devel/openocd/Makefile, however some interfaces did not
compile so they are unavailable (and noted)... anyway no one neither
complained that far nor sent any patches so there seems to be no
interest for them right now. On the other hand I can verify only the
hardware that I have on my desk - and I just got 3 new toys
(Stm32Primer1, Stm32Primer2, JTAGkey-2P) :-)

Maybe a short RC2 would verify integrity of the patches applied? :-)
