Yeap, this worked, and created doxygen dir inside openocd with all
HTMLs. I grepped before for .txt files, but could not find where they
were referenced...

I asked because I want to add my MIPS EJTAG doc, and I will use this
opportunity to do some work on this documentation. Hopefully patches
are to follow soon.
