Dear Philip,

That is great.  I'd love to buy a copy.  As you know, I'm in Tokyo.  So
what would be the best way to order it?  I have no problems just buying it
through Amazon if need be.

This is a subject I'm very interested to learn more about and have just
finished reading THE FUTURE OF MANAGEMENT, by Gary Hamel.
