This issue is one of the problems I was thinking about when I wrote my soon
to be published article.  Many people want to stick with their hierarchy
even though it might be outdated and not as effective as a more open,
inclusive and engaging structure.  Resistance to change is so strong in
large, established organizations.  The article presents a strategy to
gradually break down that resistance.
