### Editor's Note ### A very happy second birthday to our wonderful community. Two years ago today—June 2, 2015—we launched a new section of Opensource.com to continue the conversation Jim Whitehurst began with his book, _The Open Organization_. Since then, we've published several _hundred_ articles about the ways open principles are changing the future of work, management, leadership, and organizational design.
