What a way to celebrate an anniversary.

June marked our community's second birthday, and we really marked it in
style. We published the fifth book in the _Open Organization_ book
series, _The Open Organization Guide to IT Culture Change_, and notched
a record number of page views (24,763). Just for comparison's sake,
consider that we tallied 12,073 page views during our launch month (June
2015). Read on for additional highlights from our fantastic month.

As always, we're sending copious "thank you's!" to everyone who makes
this community so great. Being part of it remains our honor and pleasure.

Bryan &
Jason

#### {4} Monthly Highlights ####
################################

On June 2, we launched _The Open Organization Guide to IT Culture
Change_,[1] the fifth book in the _Open Organization_ book series and
the first we developed according to the principles outlined in the Open
Decision Framework. It has succeeded even our own expectations for
success in June; so far, more than 1,500 people have registered to
receive copies of it.

Ambassadors completed a final draft of their Open Organization Maturity
Model, and we currently discussing whether to include the finished
product in the official Open Organization Definition.[2] We'll make a
decision on this matter at our July meeting.

#### {5} Looking Ahead ####
###########################

Our next ambassador meeting is Tuesday, July 11 at 10:00 Eastern / 15:00
UTC. Our special guest this month is Jim Whitehurst! Bryan will send
everyone a meeting agenda and a few notes before we gather.

Our editorial queue is now a bit more transparent and much more
collaborative! Ambassadors are now able to add their stories to the
running list of in-process articles, file ideas for future writing, and
see when their articles will go live. Check it out if you haven't
already! [1]

—and when you do, you may note that our article queue is a bit lower
than usual. We encourage anyone noodling with a new story (or anyone who
_knows_ anyone who's noodling with a story) to get in touch!
