Today, long-time reader and community participant Mark Krake brings us his first article on Opensource.com: a detailed account of his company's open leadership training program, which draws inspiration from the organization's work with open source communities. Mark and his team worked on this piece for weeks (translating meticulously from its original German!), and the effort really shows.
