Thanks Jen, Bryan and MaryJo,

I read through your document and am quite keen to have this conversation. I
have a lot of jumbled thoughts. Will try to sort them out and come to this call
with my brain on.

It seems like trust is both a required input and output (e.g. as input a
contributor needs to trust their own contribution / mode of being has value,
other wise they won’t contribute in the first place. I’ve heard “they’re better
at that kind of thing…” or “yeah, but they don’t need my input" loads of times.
Also, there’s something about community enforcement* or just enforcement that
relates here…

        • Transparency - trust builds partially because the documentation
shows
        • Inclusivity - trust builds partially because we see that we are part
of a greater whole
        • Adaptability - trust builds partially because we know our feedback
will have impact
        • Collaboration - trust builds partially because we know our individual
diversity matters to the project/product/outcome
        • Community - trust builds partially because the community has your
back in an open org

As I said, jumbled. Looking forward to the chat though!
