Dear friends, I'm so pleased to share the news that Michael Doyle has agreed to become an open organization ambassador!
Michael is a professional career coach with a penchant for the open source way. In particular, he enjoys helping others understand how they can (and should) adopt open methods for identifying, setting, managing, and achieving their personal and professional goals. Indeed, he's already composed several community resources on that very topic. [1] And more are on the way! Michael just put the finishing touches on his excellent chapter for the forthcoming second edition of _The Open Organization Leaders Manual_ [2], and it'll soon appear at Opensource.com as a two-part series. I get giddy just thinking about everything he stands to contribute to our excellent community—and everything we'll be able to learn with and from him in the months ahead. Michael hails from Australia, which means our community now touches yet another continent!
