It is a 4xE1/T1 board in PCI & cPCI form. I will need to interface to 
this board at the same level as you interface to libpri - I think ? The 
I2O is the Intelligent I/O driver that support peer to peer between 
boards, meaning that boards can communicate without the need of host CPU 
involvment - It is this bit that is problematic because it is not the 
new standard I2O that exist for linux.
