I don't have the revision number here, but I exported from pre-0.2 five days 
ago.

If no language is set, file.c uses DEFAULT_LANGUAGE and in either case the 
searched path seems to be something like
  /opt/openpbx.org/var/data/sounds/en/opt/openpbx.org/var/data/moh/my_sound
