By portable I mean builds on SUSE and RedHat (Not yet Mandriva) without 
modifications on both 32 and 64bit platforms. I don't have any PowerPC boxes 
at my disposal currently, but as long as openpbx itself builds, my spec file 
_should_ work on it with no modification.
