top-posting is evil, but anyway

I beleive we should release 1.2 with the current svn 1.2 code
It's not perfect, it's got a few known bugs, but it works
We can obviosly fix all those bugs before we release, but it'll
probably take another year or so, and we'll lose the current users,
or quite a few of them. Some people are anxious about using a
'release candidate' and will rather go for a 'stable' * 1.4 instead
of testing 'unstable' code from openpbx. We've been working with this
for a while, and as far as I can see (we have two boxes with opbx rc3
in production) it's stable enough.

Can we please release this now? I think it will be better for our
communuty to just do so, and then do the debugging afterwards. We can
run all sorts of tests we like, but it will take far much time to
find those bugs while testing alone, compared to the set of users
that may want to use this if we really make a relelase
