You could also put a Sangoma S518[1] into a Linux box and completely
forgo a separate DSL modem.  Linux has some pretty good QoS mechanisms
if you can figure them out.  The S518 is fairly stable too, I have
problems every now and then that require a reboot of my router box but
it's been a long time since I updated the drivers.
