So there's just the single PSTN line you need to hook up and everthing else is over the LAN / internet ?
Something like this should work to connect the PSTN to : http://www.sipura.com/products/spa3000.htm or there's the zaptel type cards : http://store.pbxeq.com/store/product.php?productid=16150&cat=0&page=1 where you can add modules to support additional lines.
