i noticed your interest in a community wifi network. its a bit off topic i'd like to recommend http://nocat.net/ - i think theres a version that can be used directly from certain linksys wifi routers.

Terry:  Excellent!  And the price is right!  Does openpbx sell the
sipura?  If I spend money, might as well spend it with deserving
reseller wherever possible.  One more question, if I may.  I am
determined to convince my Iowa farm community to establish a
community-based wireless network.  If that day comes, is there a way to
interface with some sort of wireless card/router thing to use?
