ok. Thanks Steve.
I have uploaded latest tests result to ftp server.

Short summary:
 1. rxfax <-> spandsp <-> OpenPBX <-> HT488 + fax machine (work without
any problem).
 2. txfax <-> spandsp <-> OpenPBX <-> HT488 + fax machine (didn't go
well, as its didn't switch to T.38, even having in dialplan special
variables) debug available on ftp.
 3. txfax <-> spandsp <-> OpenPBX <-> Mediatrix <-> PSTN <-> fax machine
(works well)
 4. rxfax <-> spandsp <-> OpenPBX <-> Mediatrix <-> PSTN <-> fax machine
(passed OK only once, the rest is failure.)
