belong to l_rusr and/or l_rgrp, else the daily report fails.

There is a typo in the spec file. It changes paths to $prefix/.../oident
and not to $prefix/.../oidentd

It still does not seem to work with $prefix/sbin/try-from from the
tcpwrappers package. I don't know, why tcpwrappers are using stdio for
socket communications, anyway.
