No, I didn't. Look at the spec file in question and you will see that the
Release is exactly right:

  Version:      8.2.6
  Release:      1.0.2

... from the spec file gives us the results we want when rolling:

  bind-8.2.6-1.0.2

Why was this release version in the spec file before I made my changes? I have
no idea. We can further look into this later, though.
