Is anybody using the CGI::Application module from perl-www-1.3.1-1.3.1?

I'm just beginning to try to use the CGI::Application module from the perl-
www package (OpenPKG release 1.3), and started with the basic example
script in the perldoc. The initial query screen comes up OK, but when I
put some text in and click the ``Submit'' button, it comes back saying:

The requested URL /doc/timelog//doc/timelog/timelog.cgi was not found on this server.

The source of the page looks reasonable with the applicable part:

<form method="post" action="%2Fdoc%2Ftimelog%2Ftimelog.cgi"
enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded">
