There is an RPM feature we started to use recently: %doc. It allows us
to roll documentation files into the package but not install them by
default. Adding --includedocs during installation allows you to install
the %doc files. Hence I've now adjusted the zope.spec config similar to
your patch but instead of an %option I use the %doc flag.
