gcc 3.4.x still didn't build on my AIX (PASE) box, battling with gcc people but can't find what should be use ad minima. Strange gcc 4.0.0 works out of the box on AIX 5.2 with gcc 3.3.2 as builder. Could we retain gcc 4.0.0 for AIX and next OpenPKG release ? 2005/5/27, Ralf S.
