making stuff more consistent
You shouldn't change the internal gcc representation at all. If the
output has to be changed, that should be done in the output template.
You can make PRINT_OPERAND interpret a letter as meaning that the operand
should emitted as an unsigned integer, and then add that letter to the
output template that you want affected.
