I'm not sure we have configured it to test various configurations of the machine options. Isn't that when we get into multilib combinatorial explosion? (eg. we have the plain vanilla set up, and then one where you've built your libgcc and newlib with -mcmov too, and then the -mcmov option is passed to the compiler during the tests.)
