IIRC there have been attempts to port RTEMS in the (distant) past, with a degree of success. If you look in the archives, you should find the discussion. I'm not sure if the old OpenRISC SVN archives are still around, but I seem to recall there were RTEMS directories somewhere in there. (Olof - can you help with the SVN archives?)
