Just a hour for release 0.20

Hy,

i`m just packaging the new OpenSA 0.20 release this minutes. Major
features are:

  o Apache 1.3.12
  o mod_ssl 2.6.0
  o OpenSSL 0.9.4
  o ASP and DAV support
  o Full HTTPS Proxy support
  o PHP4 Beta 4 with working MS SQL and MySQL support

...and some more nice improvements, which make life a bit easier.
