By the way, Daniel, where should I go on the web to find documentation on PHP4
and ways to develop interfaces to databases ? I will have to build a project where
I should be able to access InterBase (www.interbase.com or www.interbase2000.org for 
info).
I know the database engine very well and have the habit to program it "to the bones" 
through its low-level C-API. I will just need to develop any "glue" needed to 
interface with PHP4 in OpenSA 0.20... The bad news is that I know nothing of PHP 
today, and will learn it at the same time. Shouldn't be that hard, though, I suppose.

i`m just packaging the new OpenSA 0.20 release this minutes. Major
features are:

  o Apache 1.3.12
  o mod_ssl 2.6.0
  o OpenSSL 0.9.4
  o ASP and DAV support
  o Full HTTPS Proxy support
  o PHP4 Beta 4 with working MS SQL and MySQL support

....and some more nice improvements, which make life a bit easier.
