The standard PHP build includes ODBC support in the PHP binary
itself as opposed to a loadable module. (I'm assuming here that the current
build of OpenSA follows this convention as I've been a bit out of touch for a
while.) But, before you download 2MB worth of ODBC, you may first wish to
check that php.ini doesn't include a directive such as:
extension=php_odbc.dll

This has been a reasonably common issue when installing PHP(3|4) on older
versions of Windows (Win95 maybe Win98, Plus98 provides it with
DeluxeCD Player). I think all of the current Windows releases include ODBC
(Win98SE,NT,2000) for internal apps.

Microsoft keeps restructuring the URLs in their Support Library so every time
I find an answer to this question the URL is 404 (inexcusable on MS's part) a
month later... I am reasonably certain that this is a 'somewhat' permanent URL
for the ODBC32 installation (i.e. it hasn't changed since 1996):

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/softlib/mslfiles/ge1263.exe

This is the current URL for ODBC32 in the MSKB:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/downloads/DP1823.ASP
