As it so happens, I work with the person who maintains that
distribution. The URL is:
http://web.mit.edu/apache-ssl
Those materials are *not* kept current with recent Apache
releases, although they are updated periodically (typically
once a year, sometimes twice if problems have been detected).
Our objective is to have stable binaries built for easy
installation on our most important Unix server platforms,
not supply up-to-date features or to support people that
want to build Apache from source. The builds are based
on apachessl, not apache+modssl. Some of the configuration
is specific to MIT. DSO isn't used. There isn't anything
in the way of Win32 support. Folks are welcome to look
at what we've done, but please don't expect support.
