I'm running 95, also 98. Even if I use the shutdown apache option I
still get the error. It's not a problem, I just wondered. It's be nice
if it did a clean shutdown on Ctrl-C.

I used my SMTP server and name, and I got me@localhost and localhost
I've edited php.ini now, perhaps it was just a one-off.
