If you want to use the certificate for testing, the CA certificate
generated by cagen.bat should be okay. To get a real certificate,
you should generate a keyfile and a standard csr. I`ll post
a little batch file for this later, when i`m back on my development
system.

BTW: The final 1.0.0 release will include a first version of the
proposed CA management from the wish list, which will at least
help with creating your own ca and server cert and with creating
csrs for use with verisign/thate, etc.
