[Thu Jun 15 11:45:19 2000] [warn] Loaded DSO modules/apachemodulephp4.dll
uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please
recompile it with -DEAPI)
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
I did a clean install on a clean W2k machine. (I mean, no traces left of any
previous install before starting the new one.)
By default ASP is active, PHP is not.
After uncommenting the LoadModule line for PHP4 in httpd.conf and some other
lines required for it to work (easy just read and follow the comments in
httpd.conf), I first got problems loading the php4ts.dll. It didn't found
it, since I start apache by typing "apache" with a prompt from the
..\OpenSA\Apache directory itself. And that DLL is in subdir "modules". I
copied it to the "apache" directory (the one containing apache.exe and from
where I start it).
Now I get the warning displayed at the top of this mail.
Does this imply some discrepancy in the way various modules were compiled
for this beta ?
I have to say, that the PHP module do WORK, no matter this warning.
I only tested it until now with the test page within htdocs.
And it seems to run perfectly.
