Scenario:
Amfnd on pl-4 was killed. After the node comes up only immnd and amfnd are
spawned. Ckptnd,lcknd,smfnd,amfwd,msgnd are not spawed.

In amfd traces, there is no information for PL-4 leaving or joining the
cluster. At PL-4 amfnd trace shows that node was able to send node up message
to amfd as indicated by this message:
