use stat() or some other method to find where the ntfsv_test_classes.xml file
is located before trying to load it with immcfg. As it works now, a negative
response to immcfg is interpreted as "file not exist", then the alternative
location is tried. The problem with this is that the test framework considers
the test to have failed if immcfg doesn't succeed.
