** [tickets:#569] AMF: make saAmfSGSuHostNodeGroup WRITEABLE**

The saAmfSGSuHostNodeGroup attribute of the SaAmfSG is not writeable. Software
upgrade campaigns often roll over nodes of a node group. Some node groups are
pre-defined and shared/global (does not belong to a specific application) like
"SCs" or "PLs". Such groups can initially ease deployment of software but can
cause problems in a later expansion scenario.

This enhancement proposes to add support to change the value of the
saAmfSGSuHostNodeGroup attribute to point to a new node group. This new node
group must be the same or a superset of the old one (for obvious reasons).

A backwards compatible schema change of the SaAmfSG class is required.
