The saAmfSGSuHostNodeGroup attribute of the SaAmfSG is not writeable from an
implementation perpective (AMF). Software upgrade campaigns often roll over
nodes of a node group. Some node groups are pre-defined and shared/global (does
not belong to a specific application) like "SCs" or "PLs". Such groups can
initially ease deployment of software but can cause problems in a later
expansion scenario.

This enhancement proposes to add support to change the value of the
saAmfSGSuHostNodeGroup attribute to point to a new node group. This new node
group must be the same or a superset of the old one (for obvious reasons).

Originally by SAF this attribute was not writeable but has been changed in
opensaf to be writeable. So no schema change is needed.
