It is clear from the trace that AVND_COMP_CSI_REC instances are deleted in the
chain:
avnd_su_si_oper_done
avnd_su_si_del
avnd_su_si_csi_del
and then the call chain unwinds back to avnd_comp_csi_remove where this free
memory is dereferenced because that is what is being iterated over.
Many similar bugs have been fixed, for example in avnd_su_si_remove where there
is a helper variable next_csi
The problem in avnd_comp_csi_remove_done is that we have nested iteration over
first the comp csi list and inner to that iteration of all CSIs of an SI.

This is related to https://sourceforge.net/p/opensaf/tickets/403/ which in turn
is related to http://devel.opensaf.org/ticket/3083
The AMF spec in picture 3 page 83 shows that a component can only be assigned
the ACTIVE or STANDBY HA state. The QUIESCED state can only be reached from the
ACTIVE (or QUIESCING) state.
If a component error occurs when a component is processing the QUIESCED
request, but it has not yet responded, the error should be escalated from level
0/1 (restart) to at least 2 (failover).
