USECASE:
Configure saAmfSGCompRestartMax=4, saAmfSGCompRestartProb=10000000000
- Kill component 4 times
- Wait for the saAmfSGCompRestartProb expires
- Kill component 1 time
- Unload model
- Reload the same model and configuration
- Kill component 5 times.
At the 5th of killing component, the ComponentRestart happens instead of the
SuRestart as it should be.
This is because at the first killing after reloading model, the
avnd_evt_tmr_su_err_esc_evh comes and
reset all counter. This timer event has been started at the time of "Kill
component 1 time" before unloading
model.
This kind of probation timers should be stopped when unloading the model.
