OpenSAF needs a mechanism to authenticate local users.
IMM, AMF and other services needs this in order to implement an authorisation
scheme.
One idea is to complement the MDS initialisation with a connected UNIX socket
for which the server can receive credentials for the client.
Not sure at this point if it fits into MDS or is a new support function.
