The current OpenSAF IMM implementation restricts DNs and RDNs to the
printable subset of 7 bit ASCII,

This should be extended to the printable subset of UTF-8.
That will make the OpenSAF IMM compliant with the SAF specification
for DN and RDN values.
Untill this enhancement ticket is fixed, the current limitation
should be documented in the compliance report of the OpenSAF IMM
Programmers Reference.
When this is enhacmenet is made, care needs to bne taken that
the extended character set is handled properly by the immdump
and immload (libxml).
