** [tickets:#986] AMF: Creation of SaAmfCtCsType object succeeds even when
cstype does not exist**
**Status:** review
**Milestone:** 4.4.2
**Created:** Thu Aug 14, 2014 11:36 AM UTC by Hans Feldt

**Owner:** nobody
It is possible to create a SaAmfCtCsType association object even though the
CsType object does not exist. This becomes like a "dangling reference". Found
this prototyping AMF commands to build a model.
Same problem for SaAmfSvcTypeCSTYpes
The bug allows creation of an inconsistent model.
