Enhancement ticket #3008 (http://devel.opensaf.org/ticket/3008)
changed the messaging implementation between IMMA and IMMND for accessorGet.
That change however left an ugly remnant in that the immnd_evt_proc_accessor_get
invokes immModel_searchInitialize, which invokes ImmModel::searchInitialize,
where it essentially just bounces back to the dedicated ImmModel::accessorGet.
This bounce is unnecessary and cause convoluted and incomplete checking of the
scope parameter for search-initialize.
immnd_evt_proc_accessor_get should pick up the search op itself and directly
invoke ImmModel::accessorGet
