1App,1SG,2SU each with 3comps,1SI,3CSIs.
COMP1 & 2 is of Category 1( PI comp) and COMP3 is of category 72(NPI PROXIED)
COMP2 is register the COMP3.
CSITypes are different for 3CSIs
SU1 and SU2 are mapped to PL-3 and PL-4.
configuration parameters:

FOR comp1:
saAmfCtDefRecoveryOnError=2 -a saAmfCtDefDisableRestart=1
FOR COMP2,3:

Test:
1. Bringup configuration
2. Unlock-in the SU1
3. In the COMP2, after call to saAmfComponentRegister() induce a fault.
COMP1's saAmfComponentRegister() call got ERR_TRY_AGAIN and retries for 10times
and exits.
COMP1 registration timer expires as shown /var/log/messages.
SUFailover is triggered as COMP2 faulted as per recovery.
