OpenSAF is built in PLM enabled mode.
While installing the opensaf-devel rpm on the build machine, it throws the
following error:
rpm -ivh opensaf-*libs* opensaf-devel-4.2.FC-1.i686.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
opensaf-plm-coordinator = 4.2.FC-1 is needed by opensaf-devel-4.2.FC-1.i686
