 Model : 2n
 configuration : 1App,1SG,5SU with 3comps each, 5SIs with 3csi each.
 si-si deps configured as SI1<-SI2<-SI3<-SI4
 csi-csi deps configured as CSI1/SI1<-CSI2/SI1<-CSI3<SI1 and 
CSI1/SI5<-CSI2/SI5<-CSI3<SI5
 

Initially:
 SU1 is on SC-1, SU2 on SC-2, SU3 on PL-3, SU4&SU5 on PL-4.
 SU1 is active and SU2 is standby.
 

Scenario:
 1. Lock SU1
 2. while SU2 becomes active, the component in SU2 is made to fault. so SU2 
went for compRestart
 3. Meanwhile SU3 became standby
 4. shut-down was performed on SU2. 
5. A component in SU2 is made to reject in Quiescing cbk.
 6. SURestart happened and assignments are as shown below. 
7. SU1 was unlocked
