Migrated from http://devel.opensaf.org/ticket/2900.

Changeset : 3796
 Model observed : NwayActive?
Dependency configured across SI1Nway) as sponsor & SI2(NWayActive) as
dependent.

configuration of Nway n NwayActive? : 1SG,3SUs,1comp in each SU,3SIs,1CSI each.
All the SUs are mapped to PL-3 and PL-4

steps:

1.lock the SI1( Nway) and SI2(NwayAct?)
 2.Create dependency with TT = 0
 3. Unlock the SI1( Nway) and SI2(NwayAct?)
 4.Lock the SI1(Nway) —> here the assignments of SI1 & SI2 are removed
5.Invoke failover by killing any director on active controller
 6. lock the dependent SI2(NwayAct?)
 7. invoke failover
 8. unlock the dependent and sponsor.

After the step 5.It was seen the SI2(NwayActive?) got Active Assignments though
the SI1 is in locked state.

/var/log/messages on PL-4 where these assignments are seen
