Setup:
SLES 11 64bit VM setup.
Test Scenario:
1. Invoke saEvtInitialize.
2. Open Channel as CREATE and PUBLISHER
3. Allocate, AttributeSet? and Free the Event
4. Close and Unlink the Channel
5. Finalize Evt session.
Observed from /var/log/messages that runtime object delete fails for evt
channel.
