Model : NPM, 1App,1SG,5SUs with 2comps each,5SIs with 2 CSIs each.
Configuration defaults : PrefActiveSus?=2, PrefStandbySus?=1.
By unlock-in/unlock of all the sus, got 2Sus as active and all the remaining
SIs as standby though the preferred standby SUs=1.
