Application : 2N ( 2SUs hosted on payloads , 4 SIs)
Steps :
* Initially all the application SIs are assigned
* Locked and unlocked SI2 ( application SI)
* Now induced middleware failover by killing director process on active
controller (SC-1).
After the old standby (SC-2) got promoted to active controller, the run time
objects related to si assignments and csi assignments for SI2 are not available
in IMM.
